Good Cause

Please see below from a message from a good friend about this race they are doing to race money for their friend. I am going to participate and I am also helping them find sponsors. I know it is just a 5K but we all love to run and especially for a good cause! Let me know if you need help registering or have any questions.

We are holding a 5K run to remember Ryan Cox that passed away last month. He left Katie his wife and three beautiful little girls, 6, 4, and 6months. This run is on Memorial day May 26 at 8:00 am. It start at the American Fork rec. and it is $15 for adults $10 for kids (one mile) and if you have four or more in a family it is $50. It is a great cause to come and run. All of the money will go to Katie and her girls. If you want to donate money let me know, If you donate $300 or up your logo will go on the back of the t-shirt. Or donate anything your name will go on the shirt. So please send this to as many people as you can to put the word out. You can go to the store 26.2 in American fork to sign up or let me know and i will get a form for you. If you sign up that day it is $5 more per person.
